Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time

We ships all items through EMS / TNT International Express to world wide. The shipping time of TNT usually takes 3-5 business days.

In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you’ll receive your order:

(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time

Processing Time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. It usually takes about 18-21 days.

Shipping Time: the period of time from when the item be shipped by Fedex to when it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 3 - 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time: The total period of time from when you place an order to when you get a wedding dress. It takes about 21-27 days.

When will notify our customer when order shipped

When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online - EMS or TNT.

Important

You can’t change your shipping address after you placed an order, or we probably will cancel the order and refund the money to you. So please make sure you left the correct shipping address while you making the order.

NOTE:

• We will ship the item within one business day after the wedding dress is finished in the required time frame. Tracking number will be provided once the items are shipped. Before arrive at US custom, you can track your package at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp . After arrive at US custom, you can track your package at http://www.usps.com.

Return Policy

We always wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly: Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

• We do not accept returns for any custom Cut gowns. 
• We do have 14 days money back guarantee for standard size order. If you are not satisfy with the quality and dress not fit for you. 
• Refund would subject to $75 re-stocking fee and shipping/handling/insurance charges are not refundable.
• Bidder/buyer should pay the return shipping fee. 
• Items must be in original shipped condition, unworn, unaltered, and have all original packaging.
• Once we authorize your return, we will give you an ARN (Authorized Return Number). Please write the ARN on the outside of the shipping box. 
• All returns must be received within 7 days after you got the Authorized Return Number.  if we not received dress in 7 days, we will can't accept any return.
• Refund only after the return package is received. 
  If our dress quality not good, we can accept return.
• No exchange to another size because you are required to MEASURE YOURSELF with a TAPE MEASURE before you order.
